The video starts to play, then stops and says
it's "buffering". How long will it buffer?
This is often the result of net congestion. During periods of heavy Internet
traffic, the video may drop frames and the audio may or may not continue,
resulting in the video buffering until the congestion stops. When the
congestion passes, you'll see the video return to normal.
Why does the video sometimes look blurry or
jerky?
Digital video files are huge. One way streaming media attempts to compensate
for the limitations of a low bandwidth connection is to drop the quality of the
video. This enables the video to continue to play in a smooth and consistent
manner. The way you can improve that quality is to increase the buffer time of
your player, or attempt to watch the video over a higher bandwidth. A broadband
connection is best for viewing video over the Internet.
I can hear audio but the video picture is not
appearing.

system requirements above to ensure your system can support video.
